At Arthur Beale, we take pride in the quality of our nautical apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all maritime tags and labels are still securely attached.

  Ship the Package

  Print your generated shipping label, affix it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
